"John and Khris came in right on time and had completed the work in less than an hour. There was no soot in the house and the cleaning was very thorough. Even better, I had some concern about walls insulation for the pool bath behind the chimney. John listened to my concerns and helped me identify the type of fire safe insulation I could have installed to insulate the bathroom considering it is closed to the chimney."

"I had a leak around the chimney pipe/roof. I had originally called a roofer. He told me the collar on the pipe needed to be sealed or painted. He put down some caulk and said that should take care of it. A friend from work told me about Suncoast. My friend thought I should really have a professional chimney sweep come out and take a look at the situation. I called Suncoast and made the appointment. One thing about their appointments is they schedule them when they will be in a certain area; which I understand since their coverage area is so large. I told him about the leaking, he did an inspection, and explained about rain getting in and where and what it does. When I told him I didn't even use the fireplace he said he could cap it and seal it so there wouldn't be any leaking whatsoever. I asked him to please do this. They removed the pipe, which they also let me keep, capped, and sealed the opening on the roof. It just looks like another vent there now. And the important thing is the leaking will stop. I had made the appointment, but then received another call that my time had to be moved back slightly. They called a few days ahead of time about the change. I truly appreciated this. It wasn't an inconvenience. They arrived in the time they said they would, gave me options for the repairs and prices. They did the repairs in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction."

"THEY CLEANED OUT OUR DRYER VENT FROM OUR DRYER ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOF.OUR DRYER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO WE CALLED GEORGE'S APPLIANCE AND HE TOLD WE NEEDED A CHIMNEY SWEEP. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, FIXED THE PROBLEM, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES."
